Fix GrooveFunnels Email Issue

I need help resolving an issue with GrooveFunnels where emails are not sending. I am receiving error messages, but they are not standard ones like authentication failed, invalid email addresses, or server not responding.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Familiarity with GrooveFunnels
- Expertise in troubleshooting email delivery issues
- Ability to interpret and resolve custom error messages

The feature worked in the past and i assume a communication with groove support is helpful.
