Expert IGEL Virtual Trainer

The assignment is to run an advanced-level, live online training series that equips our experienced desktop engineering team with deep, immediately applicable IGEL skills.

Scope of instruction
• IGEL OS setup and granular configuration, including deployment automation and UMS best-practice management
• Rapid, methodical troubleshooting for complex scenarios such as boot issues, peripheral passthrough, and policy conflicts
• Seamless integration with third-party environments—Citrix, VMware Horizon, Microsoft AVD, cloud file services—covering certificates, profiles, and performance tuning

Format and cadence
Sessions are to be delivered in real time via Zoom or Microsoft Teams, ideally spread over multiple modules so participants can practice between meetings. Each module should blend demonstration, guided hands-on labs, and live Q&A; slides alone will not satisfy the brief.

Deliverables
1. Calendar of session dates with clear objectives per module
2. Live instruction as scheduled ( approximately 6–8 total hours, but flexible )
3. Downloadable slide deck, lab guides, and any sample configuration files used during demonstrations
4. Access to session recordings for later review
5. Post-course summary report highlighting key takeaways and recommended next steps for our environment

Acceptance criteria
• All listed topics are covered in depth, with working lab examples that run in our test environment
• Participants can apply at least two new troubleshooting techniques and successfully integrate an IGEL client with one selected third-party platform by course end
• Recordings, documentation, and configurations are delivered within 24 hours of the final session
