Exchange 2019 Mail-Flow Rescue
Budget: €36 – €0 EUR
I’m running an on-prem Exchange Server 2019 environment that broke right after we replaced the certificates and added a new relay connector. Since then: emails sit in the queue, Outlook clients refuse to connect, and the relay no longer works. I need an Exchange veteran who can jump in, isolate what the certificate swap and connector change disrupted, and get everything moving again—fast.
Here’s the outcome I’m after:
• Mail moves out of the queue and delivers both internally and externally.
• Outlook (MAPI over HTTP/Autodiscover) connects without prompts or errors.
• The relay connector successfully accepts and forwards messages from our application server.
You’ll likely be reviewing certificate bindings, receive/send/relay connector settings, transport queues, and service health via the Exchange Management Shell, EAC, and Event Viewer. Once you’ve fixed the issue, a brief summary of what was changed is all I need for documentation.
This is a live production box, so please apply only if you’ve solved Exchange 2019 mail-flow and client-connectivity problems before and can jump on a remote session immediately.
