Enterprise HP Printer Installer -- 2

I’m rolling out a new fleet of HP Enterprise printers across several corporate offices and I need an engineer who can handle the full installation lifecycle. Your primary mission is bringing each device online quickly and cleanly, then handing it over in a ready-to-print state.

What the work looks like
• Unbox, rack or desk-mount, and physically configure new HP Enterprise-class printers.
• Join every device to our secure corporate network, assigning static IPs or reserved DHCP leases as required.
• Activate cloud print services so staff can send jobs securely from any location.
• Tie each printer into our existing print-management software so usage data and quotas flow through without a hitch.

Deliverables (acceptance criteria)
1. Printer powers on error-free, firmware current, and test page prints successfully.
2. Device visible on the corporate subnet, reachable via ping and web admin page over HTTPS.
3. Cloud print connector authenticated and producing a successful remote test print.
4. Printer listed inside our print-management dashboard with real-time status reporting.
5. A brief hand-over sheet noting IP address, admin credentials, and any configuration changes.

You’ll be working alongside our in-house IT team, so clear communication and concise documentation are essential. If you’ve done enterprise HP installs before and are comfortable blending hardware work with network setup, I’m ready to get started.
