Job Description Summary - Serve as a virtual classroom producer for ATD Certificate, and Master series programs.
We Are…
ATD’s Education Team executes the delivery of 500+ open enrollment and corporate courses annually. We work to provide exceptional, impactful, industry-leading learning experiences for our attendees. In addition, our team serves as the liaison to 120+ course instructors around the globe.
This Role…
As a Contract Producer, you would support the online production and technical delivery of live Education sessions. This would mean assisting the facilitator with interaction and moderation. You would provide detailed instructions to participants on using available tools and would be able to troubleshoot technical issues that may arise. This role provides a unique opportunity to be on the front lines of helping individuals and organizations achieve success through high-quality learning experiences.
Make An Impact…
This includes supporting facilitators to create a successful learning experience for participants. Manage the technical delivery of live events by providing technical guidance and instruction. Track timing and deploy activities such as helping participants use interactive tools, set up break out rooms, polls, and screen shares within the virtual delivery platform.
What You Bring to This Role…
• 1-3 years’ related experience navigating and supporting the virtual classroom in WebEx (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meets, Adobe Connect are also highly desirable)
• Capability to support facilitators and help create successful learning experiences including troubleshooting participant technology challenges.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role with the ability to build effective external relationships.
• Ability to confidently interact with the facilitator and participants to minimize technical issues and maximize engagement.
• Ability to manage stress and perform quickly and calmly under pressure to any issue and proactively reach out to the proper channels for assistance.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to respond in a friendly and professional manner through verbal and email communications.
