**Job Responsibilities:**
1. Collaborate with sales to prepare pre-sales plans for standard products, including project site surveys, documentation output, and product implementation plans.
2. Gather customer application scenarios and requirements, write application case studies, and provide trial operation analysis reports to customers.
3. Provide deployment, installation, and debugging services for delivered products, assist sales with necessary product demonstrations, and conduct product usage training for end customers and agents.
4. Offer maintenance, troubleshooting, and hardware repair for sold products, coordinate with internal departments to quickly resolve technical and quality issues encountered by customers.
**Job Requirements:**
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; not a must
2. Possess certain mechanical repair skills and strong hands-on abilities;
3. Good communication and coordination skills, and the ability to use English as a working language.
