I’m seeking reliable, on-call assistance to keep my Windows-based desktops, laptops, and the small set of network devices in top shape. Day-to-day you’ll troubleshoot and resolve software glitches, diagnose hardware faults, and restore network connectivity whenever it drops. All work is performed remotely, so you should already be comfortable with tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or native Windows Remote Assistance, and be able to guide an end user over the phone or chat when physical intervention is required.
Typical tasks include:
• Installing, configuring, or repairing Windows applications
• Running remote diagnostics to pinpoint failing components
• Adjusting router, switch, or access-point settings to stabilise connections
• Documenting the steps taken so I can reference them later
An issue is considered closed when the device is fully functional again and you’ve shared a brief summary of the fix. If this sounds straightforward to you and you are available in a reasonably quick response window, I’d be happy to get started.
