I’m looking to bring in an expert who can keep my non-standard HMI SCADA installation running smoothly. The platform isn’t Honeywell, Siemens, or Schneider Electric—it’s a different brand—so I need someone comfortable troubleshooting and maintaining less common systems.
The scope is strictly maintenance and includes:
• Hardware maintenance – inspect, clean, test, and replace any failing interface panels, I/O modules, or network components.
• Software updates – apply the latest patches or firmware, back-up existing configurations, and verify the update integrity.
• System diagnostics – run a full health check, identify bottlenecks or error codes, and document recommended fixes.
I’ll provide remote access (or arrange an on-site window if needed), current configuration files, and any existing logs. The job is complete when the system is fully operational, passes all diagnostic checks, and I receive a concise report summarizing the work performed and any future recommendations.
