Calibration & Learning Cycle for BMS BQ40Z50_R2
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have a BQ40Z50_R2 Fuel Gauge IC EVM for my designed BMS and I need someone who has experience in developing with BMS and fuel gauge ICs and has been working with BQSTUDIO and EV2400 to perform a learning cycle for my new LI-ION battery and calibrate the EVM voltage, current and temperature readings to match accurate values.
What needs to be done:
- I need the exact steps needed to calibrate the BQ40Z50_R2 EVM voltage, current, and temperature readings.
- I need the exact steps needed to perform a full learning cycle for my new battery to get accurate SOC and SOH readings.
- Help me in any additional steps required.
Ideal Skills:
- Experience with LI-ION batteries
- Proficiency in Battery Management Systems, Battery protection systems, Battery faults and Fuel gauge ICs.
- Familiarity with BQSTUDIO and interfacing with EV2400.
Looking for a freelancer who can efficiently handle Fuel gauge ICs and has experience in working with BQSTUDIO and battery management systems. Please demonstrate relevant experience and previous projects while working with batteries and battery management systems before in your proposal.
Note: I have attached the datasheets for the BQ40Z50_R2 EVM and the LI-ION battery I am using.
