BarTender Printout Troubleshooting Support

We have sucessfull installed bartendersoftware. And everything seems to be right set up.
But we can not print out label on the Zebra GK420d.
The label printer will also print out test file from BarTender Designer.
And etikett text is also generated to the folder. But it ill not print out.
