Audio visual wifi router

I am project managing a four story unit in Sheperd Market London W1J 7PG

We are installing fibre with G-Network. We have cat lines to each floor for Data and cat lines for speakers (sealing mounted) on each floor. Fibre feed will be in the basement.

Wish list:
DATA:
1 internet username and password connection for the whole building.
Individual username and password connection for all floors. 1 extra connection for 1st floor boardroom.
Ability to apportion bandwidth to each connection.

AUDIO:
Ability to play from one source throught building or multiple rooms.
Ability to play audio individually on each floor

Visual:

BASEMENT (entertainment room)
Audio (possibly to run the TV audio)
TV (streaming etc...)
Gamming

FIRST FLOOR (Boardroom)
Audio (possibly to run the TV audio, speaker, camera?)
TV (streaming etc... + video /zoom)

SECOND FLOOR (general office)
TV (streaming etc... + video /zoom).

That mostly covers it.
