Arduino Machine Repair Needed

I need assistance in fixing an issue with my machine that involves Arduino. The machine type and specific problem are not listed among common categories, indicating a unique setup or issue. I am looking for someone who can diagnose and resolve the problem effectively.

I have a machine with programming. It was designed by a guy in Ohio who is not able to be on site in Brandon, SD. We can't get it running. I will continue to work on it, but I need it to start working. It uses air vacuum to pick up and sort cards.
