ATC Radar System Failure - Investigation

I need an experienced Engineer to investigate the failure of an ATC Radar System and prepare a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) as to the cause of the failure.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in radar hardware
- Experience with electronics troubleshooting
- Background in hardware repair and diagnostics
- Ability to provide a detailed report on the issue

Please include any relevant certifications and prior experience with similar systems in your bids.

Must be willing to travel to South America at short notice.
