ABB VFD On-Site Assessment and Repair
Budget: ₹75,000 – ₹150,000 INR
I need an ABB-certified service engineer who can come to our plant, inspect both our ACS 800 and ACS 5000 drives, pinpoint whatever is keeping them from running, and carry out the full repair on the spot. At the moment the ACS 800 is simply dead—no obvious alarms, no output—and the ACS 5000 is showing similar unpredictable behaviour. Because the exact fault isn’t yet clear, the first step will be a hands-on assessment with DriveWindow / DriveWindow Light or equivalent ABB diagnostic tools, followed by component-level troubleshooting, parameter checks, and any necessary board, power module, or communication card replacements.
Once the drives are back online I’ll need the parameters saved, a short commissioning report, and a quick walk-through for our maintenance crew so we can keep the system stable going forward.
Deliverables
• On-site diagnostic session and fault report
• Complete repair of both drives and verification under load
• Final parameter backup and brief operator hand-over
Acceptance criteria: both VFDs run continuously for at least one hour under normal production load with no trips, warnings, or abnormal readings.
