troubleshoot PCB with overheating reg1117-3.3

I am having an issue with overheating of 3.3vdc REG1117 IC U9 when the circuir is fed with feed with 6.5 VDC on the "12V" pin.
I didnt fit R3, R7 and their equivalent R8, R9 and R10, R11 and R12, R13
I repleaced Q1,2,3,4 with si1016cx-t1-ge3 instead of Si1035X
