Find me a location suitable for a family vacation in Romania for the 1st of December 2021

The freelancer must help us find an available suitable accommodation for our family vacation meeting the criteria below.

Results : min 5 options for accommodation that fit the criteria
Milestone : 2 options for accommodation that fit the criteria
Family trip
Group: 13 ppl out of which 3 children, 3 teenagers, 7 adults
Period : 27 nov- 1 dec ( departure date can be also28 nov)
Budget :
• accomodation: 1000-1200 lei/noapte per grup
• food- breakfast, lunch and dinner: 700-1000 lei / zi / grup
• accommodation and food: 2400 lei/zi / grup.
Location: driving time from comuna Berceni, judet Ilfov, România : max 3 h - 4h one way , in Romania preferably
Rooms :
1 double room, queenbed( pat matrimonial) , away from noise. Destination: adult couple.
1 double room, queenbed( pat matrimonial) comfortable for back pain , away from noise. Destination: adult couple
1 triple room ( preferably 3 single beds) . Destination: 3 teenagers
1 single room ( sau dubla in regim single). Destination : single adult
1 room with 2 queen beds( preferably one of the beds to be a mattress on the floor or a low bed). If not possible, then an apartment with 2 rooms with double beds. Destination : adult couple with 3 kids aged 3-5 ani care acasa dorm pe saltea pusa direct pe podea.
*all rooms must have own bathroom
Other requirments:
Common space just for our group, in the same building as our rooms, suitable for 3-5 yrs olds ( preferabil ingradit / cu putine iesiri / fara scari deschise sau multe obiecte periculoase).
Oudoor playground 3-5 yr olds. Inside play appropriate space, not necessarily a playground.
Inside swimming pool. Mandatory for hotels, optional for pensiune.
Masa asigurata in locatie: mic dejun, pranz si cina.
Location description: curat si comfortabil, fara aspect invechit mobilier sau bai. Incalzire functionala la o temperatura comfortabila 22-24 grade.
Preferabil spatiu de cazare in care sa fim doar noi ( pensiune /cabana/chalet). Altfel unitatea de cazare sa ceara certificat de vaccinare sau test negativ.

In case no appropriate options are found for the 27th Nov to the 1st of Dec, the same requirments apply for a vacation around / during Christimas / New Years.
