China Tourist Invitation Letter
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I am arranging a 1–2-week leisure trip to Shanghai, China focused mainly on sightseeing and I need an official invitation letter issued by a fully licensed travel agency located in mainland China. The document must meet Chinese consular requirements for a tourist (L-type) visa and be verifiable if the embassy contacts the agency. I will apply for the visa in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
What I expect from you:
• A formal invitation on the agency’s letter-head, stamped and signed, showing my full name, passport number, tentative entry/exit dates, and a concise sightseeing itinerary.
• A clear scan or PDF delivered within the agreed timeframe; guidance on having the original couriered if the embassy insists on hard copy.
• Assurance that the agency’s license number and contact details appear on the letter so the consulate can confirm authenticity.
If you already work with (or represent) a registered travel service able to issue such letters, please tell me how quickly you can obtain it and what information you need from my side.
