I am in need of a thorough pre-employment vetting process to ensure the validity and accuracy of the residential address information provided by job applicants. This will enable me to make informed hiring decisions based on verified and trustworthy information.

Key responsibilities include:
- Taking geo tagged pics and getting the form filled by applicant
- Conducting a site visit to the address provided by the job applicant to confirm its existence and the presence of the applicant
- Verifying the residential address by cross-checking utility bills provided by the applicant with the actual utility bills for the property
- Providing detailed and accurate reports on the findings of the residential address verification process
Ideal skills and experience for this project include:
