Personal Assistant for Wedding Gown Shop Giveaway Project
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We are a wedding gown shop selling cheongsam to brides and currently collaborating with a photographer and make-up artist to hold a pre-wedding photoshoot giveaway in Bali. We need a Personal Assistant to liaise with the giveaway winner, take the couple to various locations, keep track of time, provide updates and ensure seamless collaboration between the photographer and make-up artist. The job is for 2 days, on March 23 and 24, 2023, and the candidate must be fluent in English, have excellent communication skills and be able to move easily.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the giveaway winner before and during the event
- Ensure that the couple is taken from one location to another safely and on time
- Keep track of time and schedule during the event
- Provide updates to the shop owner regarding the situation in Bali
- Ensure that the photographer and make-up artist work together seamlessly
Qualifications
- Female or male, but preferably female
- Live nearby Seminyak, Bali
- Age 22 or above
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to move from one place to another with ease
