I want translation of Afghanistani sign language to English

I have a speech in Afghanistani sign language of about 2 - 3 hours long and I want it to be translated into English.

Also this is a very serious and urgent task so only apply if you have full knowledge about the sign language.

Note: You will need to do a sample translation of a 30 second clip out of that speech so that I can be sure of you and can award you this project
