C# translation for Chinese characters

We have C# sample where we translate Chinese characters to Latin characters.
Project is only to translate address and city from Chinese to Latin.
Our translation works but we need someone who is Chinese and who can make it better - to improve logic of the address and cities etc.
For example i will take one hotel which we found on Google maps:
