translate xlf file

I am looking for a skilled translator to translate an xlf file from English to a specified language. This project is for personal use and I need someone who is experienced in translating files of this nature. The source language of the xlf file is English. The target language is French.
I am just looking for machine translation as I will be able to review the content.
