technically oriented (software development project) fluent English/Korean translation

have a team in South Korea designing hardware/software and a team in North America that is building an application that will integrate with the hardware/software. These teams cannot communicate due to language. Need a technically minded, preferably someone familiar with software development) to be on a series of calls so teams can ask questions.
