.srt Transcription - 7 interviews - Mongolian Audio to English

I need someone to translate and transcribe 7 interviews spoken in Mongolian into English. The final file will need to be a properly timestamped .srt that can be input into video editing software.
You must be fluent in both languages and know how to properly format a .srt file with precise timing.
The total time from all the interviews is 305 minutes, and the audio clarity is good. Throughout the interview, there are many pauses where a rough, verbal English translation is given. You do not need to include any transcription during these portions—you only need to transcribe the parts spoken in Mongolian by the interview subject, and the questions asked by the interviewer in English. Ideally, each caption will be roughly 42 characters per line.
