I need a translator for my research

I am working on an honors thesis discussing the influence of the American Revolution on Thaddius Kosciusko's political and military ideas. As I do not know Polish, I need a translated version of this document for my research. Is about 60 pages. First page is attached for reference. The document is "Can the Poles Win Independence"
