I need a presenter that can do deep translation projects for multiples languages

I am looking for a skilled presenter who can provide deep translation services for multiple languages, specifically English. The translation project will involve audio and video content needs, however, I am not sure yet if I will require it or not. I need someone who can provide a script for new freelancers to follow, however, I haven’t decided yet about that requirement.
