18 minutes subtitling Arabic to English

Greetings, one short video in the Arabic language needs to be translated into English (subtitling), kindly bid only if you are:

3. can deliver the work in 24 hours (the speech in the video is general, not technical) sample will be shared
4. payment 1$ per minute
