400 minutes Arabic transcription

I need urgent transcription for more than 400 minutes of audio files, some instructions need to be applied, we hope to hire more than 4 freelancers for the moment. the price is 0.2 euros for every 1 minute of audio (or 80euro total), a small test of 20 seconds can be requested to check the quality of the transcription. the transcription should be in standard arabic language or اللغة العربية الفصحى ,there is an attached file of instructions to follow. These are 7 files of interviews with one or two people, which should be easy to transcribe, the audio is clear, and the interpreter will translate to the interviewer in German, so you don't have to transcribe half the files.
