**Scope of Work:**
I am hiring a freelancer to create **20 original legal document templates** in **Swedish**, tailored for private individuals, for example for use in family matters, rental agreements, powers of attorney, and other everyday legal needs.
These templates will be used in an **automated online form builder**, so they must be:
- Written in **formal, legally sound Swedish**
- Grammatically correct and **adapted to Swedish legal culture**
- Delivered in **editable DOCX (Word)** format or **Google Docs**
- Contain **placeholder fields** like:
- `[namn]` = name
- `[datum]` = date
- `[personnummer]` = personal ID
- `[adress]` = address
- `[underskrift]` = signature
- `[giltighet]` = validity
- … and so on depending on the template type
Each document should:
- Be 1–2 pages long
- Use a **consistent formatting style** (margins, font, spacing)
- Be **ready for automatic PDF export**
- Be written **entirely manually** — *no AI tools allowed*
- Be **original work** — *no copying from Lexly, Jurio, Dokument24, or any public/paid source*

**Legal and Quality Requirements:**
- Must be original and safe to use — I must be able to use these commercially without legal risks.
- You must **certify** that you are the original author of the work and have not reused or copied third-party materials.
- I may submit samples for legal review — please take quality seriously.
