doblaje/traducción vídeo 10 min de español a inglés

I am in need of a talented freelancer to do a Spanish dubbing project and accurately translate video that is 10 minutes long into English. The desired outcome is an accurate translation with voice-over. Additional services such as mixing/mastering audio, video editing, and captions are not needed for this project. I am looking for this project to be completed on a tight deadline of within 1 week.
