customer care in Chinese for software product

We are looking for Chinese-speaking person for a wide range of tasks related to helping customers getting started with our software (zh.webbsc.com).
The scope of the tasks:
-- making video tutorials (like this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CCILar6QBDI but in Mandarin)
-- translating EN > ZH (interface, articles, releasing translated articles to a website).
-- talking to the customers (zendesk, live calls)
