copywriting in Latvia

Hello,
We need a good copywriter in Latvia to help us with our facebook and instagram page. He or she should speak perfect english and perfect Latvian and should know alot about sports, all sports and also 3x3 basketball. The job will be to post and administer our facebook and instagram pages, make posts, answer to comments, respect our guidelines, translate posts from english to latvian etc. Its a long term job, we estimate it will be around 20 hours per moth.
