copy text and translate from german to english from youtube video

I am looking for a freelancer who can transcribe and translate a YouTube video from German to English.
I will need both the german and and translated english from the youtube video. The video is between 10-20 minutes long and I require both transcription and translation. The work will need to be carefully proofed for errors. The purpose of the translated content is for personal use.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Fluency in both German and English
- Experience with transcription and translation
- Attention to detail and accuracy in translation
- Ability to deliver the completed work within a reasonable timeframe.
