On-call interpreters for English - Spanish

Good afternoon,

ULG- United Language Group is URGENTLY seeking On-call English interpreters for SPANISH. (ENGLISH - SPANISH and vice versa in calls).

Working location: Remote. Interpreters are required to cover from 12am to 6am PST.

Job description

• Fluency in English and the Target languages.

• Providing accurate verbal interpretation for limited English proficient (LEP) patients and families, members whose primary language is not English.

• Knowledge and/or experience with the culture(s) associated with the TARGET languages.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent listening, retention and note taking skills to maintain a high level of accuracy

• Patience, reliability, and professionalism.

• High-speed, reliable Internet connection and noise-free working environment are required.

• Experience as an interpreter is preferred.

Rate: 0.10 USD per minute of interpreting. Please note that waiting time is not counted. We do not hire people who live in the U.S.
