We are looking for quality translators to work with us

Hello, I am looking for quality translators to work with my team. If you feel qualified, then don't hesitate to send me the proposal.

* I want quality translators who are native to the target language. If you are not native, then tell me you are not. Be specific with your education when you send me your proposal.

* I want authentic translators who do manual translation. This means you'll get fired immediately without payment when I notice any Google Translate or any other machine translation.

* I want responsible translators who meet the deadline. Please do not bid for a short time if you can't make it on time. Deadline is sacred, and it would be followed strictly.

* Communication is the key to success in this contract. Any form of ghosting for more than 6 hours (I comprehend that there's a time difference, so I would not count the late night at your timezone unless the deadline is tight) would be considered as the end of contract.

I do like to keep things small, but with quality. Once you are hired and have good results, we would probably keep contracting you for the long term.
