I'm looking for someone to write a desktop application with the following functionality... Take a dictionary of touples containing common English words and their Spanish translation. Ex. {"house": "casa", "dog": "perro"
"cat"."gato", etc...) Open and read a pdf file. Return the number of times each word in the pdf appears . Starting with the word with the most occurrences, see if the words matches an English word located in the translation dictionary. If the word is not in the dictionary, move to the next most common word. If the word is in the dictionary, replace all of that word with the Spanish translation. Then move on to the next most common word in the PDF
