Word translation

have multiple emails that I will need translated from English to Japanese in the coming days. The emails are not long, but they need to be translated very accurately since these are emails requesting second opinions from doctors in Japan regarding a medical condition. Therefore they are extremely important.

When the doctors reply, if their reply is in Japanese I will require these to be translated to English as well.

Due to the urgency of this, I would need a turnaround time of 24 hours or less.

There will probably be multiple such emails and responses as I communicate with the doctors, get responses, ask them additional questions etc.
