WANTED: Korean language expert to write grammar lessons
Budget: €12 – €18 EUR
Languages, we create world-class online language-learning courses for English speakers across the globe. We are a small team of passionate language-lovers who are inspired by the awesome potential that language has to connect people and to expand horizons. We're all about building a culturally connected world through the power of language.
We currently have a beginners Korean course, and are looking to do a full review/rewrite of the 30x grammar lessons to align them with the Test of Proficiency in Korean (TOPIK) levels. We would also like to expand the course with 60x more grammar lessons.
This project has an estimated workload of 720 hours and involves writing:
* 90x Korean grammar lessons
We will provide a more comprehensive brief to the successful applicant, including style guides and grammar topics. In the meantime, please find a sample lesson from our Japanese course attached.
The successful applicant will have:
* An excellent native command of English (US).
* Excellent English writing skills.
* A linguistic background, such as a degree in a foreign language.
* Great organizational and time-management skills.
* An extremely keen eye for detail, structure and logic.
* The ability to follow complicated instructions well.
* An understanding and passion for processes and quality.
* A passion for language learning.
The successful applicant must:
* Be familiar with TOPIK.
* Have advanced Korean grammar knowledge (at least TOPIK Level 4/5).
* Be able to lay out grammar concepts in a consistent and structurally logical way.
* Be able to clearly explain complicated language points in simple terms for learners of all backgrounds.
