Night shift based on GMT+3 (Israel time)
Following up on small ongoing tasks
Sending daily updates and reminders
Giving opinions when asked (ideas, quick feedback)
Helping me stay on track during a very busy season

Someone with a warm personality who’s comfortable being direct
Not afraid to ask questions or speak up when needed
