Virtual Assistant - Albania

I will be in Albania shortly and want someone who actually lives there—ideally in Vlore or Tirana—to act as my local point of reference before and during the visit. Your day-to-day life in the country is the expertise I need: explain the small cultural nuances that don’t show up in guidebooks, flag any etiquette traps to avoid, and lay out the most efficient transport routes between the capital and the coast (airport transfers, bus schedules, car-hire tips, ride-share norms).

A major focus of my trip will be property scouting. I need assistance with verifiable information, rental norms for both rental and/or purchase prospects in Vlore and Tirana. This means reviewing current listings, checking neighbourhood vibe and infrastructure, liasing follow up with real estate agents on identified properties of interest and assisting with conversations re comparative asking prices with recent market data. During calls or in-person meetings with landlords, agents, or notaries, you’ll interpret Albanian ↔ English so that nothing is lost in translation.

Deliverables
• Guidance/Notes on basic cultural norms/practices for productive conversations/negotiations and purchase proposal development: Logistics/transport options support etc.
• Maintain Property dossier: at least 5 viable rentals and 10 purchase prospects with price, location pin, key features, and contact details.
• Real-time translation/liaison support: availability for scheduled phone or video calls before arrival, plus flexible in-country assistance while I’m on the ground.
