Urgent translation from English - Basque

We are in need of translating a tender bid from English to Basque. The document is currently incomplete but will be approx 15-20 thousand words and will be mainly text in word format, but it is likely it will also have some diagrams. It will have a very short timeline for turnaround of max 24 hours. We are able to provide approx 5,000 words within the next 2 hours with remaining by midday UK time tomorrow. We would need returned document by 3pm BST latest on Wednesday 20th July.
