Urgent needed subtitling Translators/Transcriber for 9 languages-regular basis

We have on hand a very high volume project starting by the end of September 2021 or latest by the 1st week of October 2021. The material is at the processing level. Once it's ready the project will start immediately.
Details are as follows:
English TV serials and Movies
Languages: Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam and Urdu.
Duration: 1 year assured. It can go beyond also depending on the availability of more material.
Material: Time-coded English .srt files will be provided. Corresponding videos will also be provided for reference purpose.
Output: A minimum of 20 hours' .srt files per day, per language. There's no maximum limit. More the merrier.
Points to be noted:
Because of the high volume of output, one will have to be extra careful that there's no compromise on the quality.
Any rejection of the files will result in no payment and it'll be a question mark on our reputation.
TAT (Turn around time) will have to be observed religiously because of the commitment.
