Urgent documents translation English-Arabic (oil companies)

Hi my company needs an indigenous Arabian for an urgent document translation, my company Petronas Global in Canada is already in collaboration with Kuwait National Petroleum Company and our files and documents are all written in English language so as in collaborating we will need the translator to do it's possible best to translate the files with an immediate effect the translator most be bilingual and able to relate with foreigners.
