Urgent Medical Translation: English to Spanish

I urgently need a professional translator to convert a series of medical documents, reports, results tables and charts specifically patient records relating to cancer care, from English to Spanish.

Total of 4 documents:

Document 1: 1 page letter.
Document 2: 7 page of clinical test results in tabular form.
Document 3: 3 page Echocardiogram Report in text, graphic and tabular forms
Document 4: 3 page Radiology Report in text and tabular forms.
