Uniting for Ukraine
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
My wife would like to bring her grandson (4 years old) from Ukraine under the Uniting for Ukraine program. The question is about the "legal guardian" requirement. We have a document from the parents giving us permission to take the child out of Ukraine for up to 3 years. Is this sufficient for USCIS? An english translation of the document is attached.
