Typing in Hindi in around 13,000 to 15,000 words from a book and also translating in english

I'm looking for an experienced freelancer to type in Hindi and translate around 13,000 words from a book as well as verifying the translated material. This project also requires specific formatting and layout requirements. The source material is in Hindi and will need to be delivered within a certain timeframe.
