Turkish native translation

Hi, I have a client in the medical field who has sites in several different languages. We need some help translating a keyword document into Turkish, The Turkish keyword research has already been done and the content has been mapped out in English, it would just be a case of translating the English document into Turkish using the relevant keywords. The document covers target keywords, meta titles, meta descriptions and H1s.
