Turkish - english in Istambul on 26th of April

I need a personal translator for 4 hrs in Istanbul to accompany my cousin and her son to a Mexican embassy. It most likely will take less time, but I cannot be sure at this time. Interview must be in English (or Spanish). They speak neither.
Start at 0900 on April 26th. Meet them around 0830 .
