Turkish WebApp translation

I am looking for a native Turkish speaker to translate a WebApp from English to Turkish. The word count of the WebApp is between 1000-5000. It is mandatory for the translator to be a native speaker. Additionally, I require localization services in addition to translation. The ideal candidate should have experience in translating WebApps and be familiar with localization techniques.
