Turkish to English Translator Needed

We are currently seeking a person that speaks fluent English and Turkish or Persian to translate on a conference call or in a goole meet application for a business transaction. We need to highlight what the pricipals need, what the pricipals will and wont do and it has to be understood clearly. In addition we will need direct access to translator in order to set up times and emails to confirm availability of all parties including the translator. We will need to use the services on several occasions, however the calls should not take long and the online meetings should not be more than 1 to 2 hours( this is projecting but should never take this long)

We would like to use the same translator until the deal is finalized.
